I have receive my order (within 3 days) and have not open the delivery box. I just realized that the watch I ordered is negative display. I would want a positive display. I'm so sorry for not checking earlier.

Could I request for an exchange from (New Arrivals - A10) to GA110 Series 1 - A01). I'm willing to make the trip down to your shop.

Hi,

You can bring it down to our office to do the exchange, but do take note that the watch has to be in new and unused condition. Exchange will not be granted if any adjustments have been done to the metal bracelet (whether it is by us or by a 3rd party vendor).

Do note that top up is required if watch is more expensive than the one you buy and there will be no refund if you choose a cheaper model. And also we will not do watch reservation for exchange purpose.
