I have sent you many messages about this, but so far all have gone unanswered.
Due to your poor packaging, my parcel has been damaged during the mailing process and is thus disposed of at Singpost.
I have done my due diligence as a customer, contacting Singpost myself throughout the process and even offering to go down to the post office to collect the item myself even though I have paid for Smartpac. I have kept you updated through this process despite your complete indifference.
As far as the packaging of your products goes, there have been prior complaints about this in the feedback section and still you have made improvements to the packaging. This says a lot about your attitude towards your customers.
Given the reasons above, I demand a full refund immediately. I will not be accepting an offer for a free replacement if the product is going to be arriving in pieces due to improper packaging.
