    Hi dear, for wrong item sent we can only do an exchange to be fair to our customers. As u will not be able to get a refund for the shipping rate paid as it had been incurred. If u do not mind this, u can send back the items to us with us reimbursing u for the return mailing costs, however the shipping rate u paid for the item will not be refunded ya. Please confirm. I was not the one who requested for this item that you sent. Please be reasonable.
