Please inform us of the defect within 7 days after you received the items and send us the photo or video showing any manufacturing defect of the product. We will provide a one-to-one exchange once a manufacturing defect is verified. We may require the item to be sent back to us, we will cover the cost for shipping. Replacement items will be sent out based on normal shipping durations.
In the event where defects are reported after 7 days from delivery date: While we will review each situation on a case-to-case basis, we reserve the right to reject exchange or cancellation requests if we deem it not valid or not appropriate.
Do note that qoo10 account requires you to confirm if you have received your order in good condition before allowing your to post reviews. If you have acknowledged that you have received the order in good condition in your account, we will deem that you have accepted the order as it is and we will not provide further exchange or cancellations.
