    Submission of claims: Any return of exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receipt of the item.
    1) Any shortage of item or wrong item received: Provide picture of the item contents within the parcel package to email AnnAnnSG@gmail.com. Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end.
    2) Defective item issue: Provide pictures of the defective area of the received item to email AnnAnnSG@gmail.com. Exchanges are available. Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end.

Lost parcels happen especially when the postman may accidentally place your parcel in the wrong letterbox. Delivery lead time ranges from 2 working days to 3 weeks. Singpost normal delivery is a cheap non-traceable delivery mode, which we offer to customers who would like to bear the risk, please kindly take note.
