    All exchange need to proceed by post, we do not have a shop for exchange.
    All exchange request must be raised within 7 days of the delivered date.

    Due to limited stock quantities and to saving exchange time, we suggest to exchange by following steps:
    1. Buyer raise the exchange request with us by message/email/Qpost and return the item to seller by post. Kindly provide us the shipping evidence of mailing out the returned item for the tracking purpose.

    2. Place the new order for the size/color the buyer want to exchange for (in order to secure the item), and we can arrange shipment by receiving the order.

    3. Seller would cancel the first order online once the returned item received. And the refund will be proceeded by system automatically.

    [IMPORTANT] Please include your order number and exchange details with the returned item, otherwise we can't identify which order by just the item itself.

    How to submit Return or Exchange from buyer’s end?

    Login to your buyer account: MyQoo10 > Shopping List > Cancel/Refund/Non-Receipt > Select “Cart No.” > Select “Return” or “Exchange” under ‘Apply & Remark’.

    We will assess the claim issue with the provided picture and inform on the progress.

    All return/exchange should be done within 2 week from the reqeust confirmed date.
    If the buyer can't return/exchange with seller in 2 weeks, should inform seller the reason in advance.
    Seller would recall the return/exchange requests if no item received/ no buyer's reply in 2 weeks.

    How to select the correct size?

    For free size designs, kindly to ensure the waist measurement is fit with your own. Then following by the bust (for tops) or hip (for shorts/skirts). The last one is the length. Don't image that the size should be ok, different designs the measurement differs. For the designs come with sizes, you also need to check the measurement! The size set by factory and seller only can use the size which already attached in the stock. However, seller also measure every size for you! If you chose the wrong size, please contact seller to arrange the exchange. WE DO NOT EXCHANGE AFTER REVIEW HAS BEEN MADE. Thank you for your understanding!
