Hi, really sorry if this was lost by QXpress. Unfortunately we don't have any of this model left. We can only refund it if you file a refund claim in Qoo10, at which point we can approve the refund on our end.

Hi, we have received a notice from Qoo10 saying that the order has been cancelled by them and they refunded it to both you and us. See attached screenshot. Based on that, there is no action on you or us as they have already processed the refunds.
