I have ordered 5 pieces of GB2014 n I received today. I tried the blouse but it's so tight and I have difficulty putting on, especially the tip of the sleeves. How my friends going to wear the XL n XXL? It's really badly done.

please compare against the measurement chart given in the listing (also attached a screenshot).

Kindly provide photos of the item(s) against a ruler or measuring tape for us to verify and replace if it is very much smaller.

If it is within measurements and just do not fit well, we allow for exchanges or returns if the items are in brand new condition (no damages no stains etc) and with original tags and packaging all intact.
Postage is to be paid by buyers for this case and refunds are only made when we actually receive the items.

Do update me on the item measurements so I can advise better on the next step.

Hi

The measurements in the chart (length of blouse, PTP n sleeves length) has not much issue. The issue is the tightness at the end of the sleeves. (see attached). My size is L and I tried the XL to see if it's the same issue n unfortunately it is.

Would you wish to exchange the items for some other design?
The sleeve openings are similar for all sizes for GB2014.
Some other designs like GB2008 would have bigger arm openings.

Or you may wish to let me know your arm measurement so I can see which models of shirts are suitable.
Alternatively, you may wish to drop by the warehouse to see the items you are interested in.

Magenta: XL
Yellow: S, M, L, XL

We only have Yellow XL from the choices you made.

which address did you see from Qoo10?
Usually when we reply messages in Qpost regarding returns, we will give buyers the full address.
For return requests, the full address is indicated when we accept the request too.

Perhaps you can still call Singpost to let them know to update the address and not return it to you.

Do let me know when the item with the correct address has been sent.
If you wish to use mail with tracking I think Qxpress is cheaper.

You can actually buy the voucher in Qoo10 for just $4.50. Search "Qxpress" and you will see the listing.
And Qxpress will call the recipient in cases of incomplete addresses and not just return to sender.

I can't seem to find your return requests to approve the refunds.
My warehouse team is checking the items returned for me to verify.

You can contact Qoo10 customer service to help you submit the return requests if you are unable to do so on the system itself.
Qoo10 CS will then message us to seek approval for the refunds, afterwhich, you will then see the refunds made to your account by Qoo10.
