    I thought you said you would call Qexpress yesterday, but still nothing has been done.

    If indeed the shipping company lost the package, then you should send out a replacement package immediately. Instead of waiting until you sorted out the issue with the shipping company. (Which can take a LOOOOOONG time). In the meantime, the customer, for no reason has to keep waiting.

    I hope you can SINCERELY help me solve this problem instead of dragging this out for so long. Please send out my items as soon as possible. This is NOT my fault at all, yet I am the one being penalized. I am very upset.
