    We can not really figure it out the device is originally defectived or not in your mentioned. This is first time to hear kind of customer's bad experience of using it for us too.
    If its' defectived of the device then it is refundable for sure.
    However, it is not such as user's unskilled of using device or changed customer's mind, once it open it is non-refundable in terms of electronic goods. Hope you understand.

    I let the watch battery drain down and recharge full and it's now responding. When I received the watch, I also charge but I don't know why the watch just doesn't respond to swipe and hold-tap. How do I adjust the calorie. It's now at 239 kcal. How to Make it.higher ?

    Hi, this is CoaKorea. I am so glad your watch is working now. The calorie goal that shown (239kcal) is calculated by your height and weight on your profile setting and weight goal. For example, if my weight on profile is 80kg and set the weight goal as 50kg, the app would show my goal calorie to burn as 553 kcal. Any more futher question, feel free to ask.     Our divice compatible with our certain app.
    For blutooth pairing.
    1. Download the application
    Apple ios : Download Zeroner Health pro from App store.
    (If you downloaded before this app, remove it thoroughly and download again please.)
    2. Reset the bluetooth function on your smartphone.
    3. Run the application. Click Device button, then it will show your watch model number. Click to connect.
    Please push the pair button if there is pop up Bluetooth Pairing Request .

    If you can not sync the msg to your smart watch and iphone then, remove thoroughly and download and try to sync everything again please.

    Thanks! Managed to sync them properly and its working fine. However, how does the find the phone function works? I tried once, and its working. But trying the second time it does not work anymore. Please advise. Thanks.

    Hi, i tried to unsync, uninstall and tried again. But the 'find the phone' function still doesnt work. i dun received any notification from my phone stating my phone is 'found'. The notification on my phone is switch on for the app.

    Did you remove everything thoroughly and tried start again from the beginning? But it doesn't work? That is so wiered.
    Is there anyone around help you about it?
    It definitely will sync to your smart phone. However, if you think the device is defected then, contact us please.

    I think can only 'find the phone' twice in 24hours. caused it worked for 2 times ytd and it didnt work again. But currently, there's another issue. touch screen is working but the sliding is not. What could have been wrong? it was working fine the past two days. but now once i touch the screen i could see the clock timing but the screen didnt switch when i slide it left and right. =(
