    Singpost Normal Mail - lost mail

    Dear Buyers,

    By choosing Singpost Normal Mail, you actually agree to absorb the risk of lost mail.
    Since no one can claim lost mail from Singpost, it is contradictory to assume such claims can be made from Qoo10 sellers.

    However, as a gesture of goodwill, we will still review non-receipt claims (made after 1 month from delivery date), and will send replacements (if eligible) via SINGPOST NORMAL MAIL. We will only offer replacement once for eligible claims, and shall cease to entertain non-receipt claims for the replaced items.
    Inaccurate/ Incomplete addresses provided by buyers are NOT ELIGIBLE for any sort of claims at all.

    Buyers can choose to upgrade to Qexpress with a top up of $2.40 (the difference between Singpost Normal Mail and Qexpress).

    To ensure guaranteed receipt of your items, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND QEXPRESS.

    If you want to exchange items due to size reasons/ changes in your preferences, please contact seller within 10 days from item receipt. We regret that after 10 days we will not entertain any exchange requests.

    I need my items urgently, why have they not reached me?

    We regret that if you had chosen Singpost Normal Mail, we are unable to track or expedite the delivery. Singpost may take up to ONE MONTH to deliver your items. For QEXPRESS, your items will reach you within 3 working days after we have mailed them out. Qexpress is the recommended choice if you require items urgently.

    Singpost Normal Mail does not have tracking services or tracking number. For Qexpress, you may use your tracking number to monitor your delivery. From the Qoo10 "My Orders" page, you can click on "shipping information" for your item to track the parcel.

    For Singpost Normal Mail, any and all special instructions are not applicable. For Qexpress, kindly contact Qexpress with your tracking number so that they can help to arrange their couriers to deliver accordingly. We are unable to process any special instructions regarding delivery.     yes it is re-useable. But do take note that the removal process has to be done very carefully and slowly.
    The first time I tried to remove and re-use as a test, I was too hasty and the item was damaged.

    Really needs quite a bit of patience to slowly remove such as the sticky part is not ripped off and stuck to the phone.

    Hi,

    I would think it can hold about 2 cards?
    It isn't as stretchable as the other 2 types.
    If you wish to put more cards,then perhaps the other 2 stretchable types are better.
