    Exchange or Refund for any reason within 7 days upon receipt the item. we would suggest you to open the box upon receiving the item and refuse to accept it if you find any damage. If you only find out later, we could still arrange exchange at our warehouse however we are unable to pickup from your house. Appreciate your kind understanding.

    Collection & Delivery Timeline

    For Self-Collection, you can collect next day after purchase with e-Tickets.

    For Singpost Delivery, it will take 3-5 business days with no tracking number. We will not be responsible for any loss mail.

    For Qxpress, it will take 2 business days on average with tracking info provided. It's highly recommended.

    For Qx Quick Delivery, you can choose your preferred timeslot. However for Sunday Delivery, you must place order by Sat 10am.

    If you need the item urgently, we would recommend you to go for self collection or choose Qx Quick Delivery.

    "Ology Warehouse" is located @ 1092 Lower Delta Road #07-04 (S) 169203 Open Mon-Sat 11am-7pm. For Warehouse Pickup or delivery related issue, pls SMS 8425-6347 or email ology.deal@gmail.com. It's a must to present your Qoo10 e-Ticket for pickup. Please refer to the e-ticket for the exact pickup location.

    HI, as you mention you needed urgently, that is why we asked if you kindly come down to the exchange or get someone on your behalf & we may reimburse you the delivery fee of $4. & even so we could get a another company for the delivery. it will not reach by tomorrow as well. As we apologies for the inconvenience caused, the only way is to be exchange today over at the warehouse.

    Hi in this case. we can send a replacement item to you. but we have to arrange first a pick up item via ninja van. once they have take the item from your side we will send out the replacement item via Qxpress delivery. please do confirm is this arrangement is ok to you. so we can send the waybill of ninjavan. (print and paste to the wrong item). thanks
