    started on Qoo10 in 2012 (when i got KK, its for them when i started out, so that i can get pet supplies cheaper for myself! :p ) KK did have quite a bit of health problems at first so i read up quite a bit. so im here now to share my knowledge. Im not a 'know-it-all' but if i know what ur asking me, be 100% sure that i'll not withhold anybit of informmation :D

    Shucks, ALL the items are visually checked and hand packed by me to minimise this sorta issue :) but if it really reached you spoiled, probably the damage happen during transportation. I'll bear any charges involved and will do the exchange with you

    Upon order when can i expect delivery? (what if the delivery doesnt reach me in the stipulated time of days?)

    1) a lot of my items are sent via qxpress, u can use the tracking no. attached to your order to track why it was late 2) the item may be temporary out of stock(which i probably gave u a call to notify you.) in case i din, u can always drop me a line :D

    second scenario:fter u placed your order, depending on the time of your order i may be able to pick up from the distributor on that day or the next. (your address happen to be along the way DAY 1 or 2 : i'll deliver to your place myself. So for most cases, item should reach your hands within 1-3 days

    Upon order when can i expect delivery? (part 1)

    For MOST goods(ESPECIALLY items with expiry), i get from the respective distributor only upon your order, although it is much more of a hassle like for maybe a pack of treat that cost only $5, i have to drive to the distributor and pick up then dispatch it out. it makes more economic sense if i were to just stock up quite a bit, i can get the distributor to send to me if i hit a certain amount, PLUS i will get a bulk/trade discount. But standing in the buyer's shoe. i rather get FRESH product direct from the distributor's place that will definitely have better storage facilities and you'll also be certain the expiry wont be anywhere near, that being said, DAY 1: after u placed your order, depending on the time of your order i may be able to pick up from the distributor on that day or the next. DAY 1 or 2 : courier pick up DAY 2 or 3 : Item delivered to you

    Apolgies for the delay to answer any enquiries ESPECIALLY regarding delays in shipment, largely it is due to the designated courier co. (pls see attached). To summarise, they keep failing to turn up to pick up the item, emailed them , no responce, call them, no action taken, in the end i've to email korea side to step in and solve the issue............     hi there, so sorry I can't tell you as we do not keep stocks. What happens is we only collect this item from the distributor upon order from customer. as such, pls rest assured that it is of the newest stocks the distributor in Singapore has.

    If this helps: for 25lb salmon that we collected recently, the expiry was March 2018. :) Thanks for your interest.

    so sorry for the late reply! This is an item we don't keep stock of, so I'm sorry that I can't tell you the expiry date. However, it is the newest stock that the distributor has, as we always get this upon orders from customers directly from the distributor. Thank you! :)
