    This food voucher are able to use on redeem a sandwich platter with additional cash top up at the outlet. The sanwich platter at $24.50. Therefore, a cash top up of $9.50. Outlet only accept 2 vouchers redemption per person in 2 separate receipt per day.
    Two day of pre-advance food reservation are required.

    As said this is not goodwill but your failure to acknowledge the two days reservation stated at your advertised page. Ordered 7/8/16 morning for 9/8/16 evening you rejected without due consideration that your customer has planned gatherings, party celebration etc. You demanded three says due to various of your requiremens which should have been stated clearly in your terms and conditions. Don't expect customer to come ask coz no one else is more familiar than you for your policy. How do you expect your customer who dies not know anything about cooking to ask further if two days are enough? when your terms already stated two days reservation? As explained if you do not wish to cancel please stay put while I escalate this matter through Qoo10 because due to this bad experience already cannot make ourselves to eat the food. Thank you

    We wish to clarify Again all your request as below:-
    1) Terms and condition for NDP voucher:-
    a) Your NDP voucher purchased on 11July 16. Our staff apologise for overlook on Not allow pastry redemption for your voucher But with informing a 3days advance booking require for pastry.
    b) Date of purchased backdated 12July 16; 1st 20pax order with clearly stated term and condition: All food item are redeemable in our menu list in which Pastry NOT include in our menu list provide. Its stated non refundable, non exchangable.
    c) We are offering out pastry item as additional choice redemption to customer who had send in Q&A in Qoo10 with stated 3days in advance backdated 12July16.
    *We believe, this lead on Your order on 7Aug16 for Rainbow cake and cupcakes and other food item to be serve on 9Aug16.

    2) Rejection on booking
    a) We had inform you; we able to get Rainbow cake as luckily we have extra for your pick up on 9Aug16 with the rest of food item BUT Not for cupcakes as we do not have cupcakes on hand and we do require a 3days advance booking.
    b) We do suggest if you have alternatives dates in order most of food are able to redeem and you had request for pick up on 30Sept16 with your voucher expired on 9Sept16.
    c) We try accomodate your request with offering 3option food type redemption to you. As understanding, All voucher sell and purchased stated, terms and condition which is crucial to maintain reasonable demand and competitive price offer by merchant.
    d) We had send to you via wats app either with extension dateline or remain dateline choices with explaination the differentiation of terms and condition purchase voucher before 12July16 and the present NDP voucher that NOT allow pastry redemption clearly stated with two days advance booking for all food item.
    *Our option had been rejected with your persistent demand on your request extension to 30Sept16 with allow Rainbow cake and cupcakes redemption which its not under our company offer.

    3) Customer Not familiar with term and condition offer by merchant
    a) We do agree customer unable to know all. Therefore, Qoo10 Q&A had provide good platform for further clarification from customer. Customer able to view it and order accordingly.
    b) We agree with you, the present NDP voucher term and condition stated two days advance booking BUT it stated clearly Pastry are not included in redeemable item.
    *If you would like us to confirm your order on time frame of two days advance booking accordingly, we are gladly too But Pastry are Not redeemable as we had already stated to all customers in Qoo10 Q&A though your voucher (purchase dated 11July16), we had allow pastry redemption due to 1st 20pax purchase before 12July16 and voucher expire on 9Sept16.
    *Based your request order dated 7Aug16 and demand for two days booking with pastry include, its unacceptable under company policy or moreever we do not have food item (cupcakes) on hand.
    4) Cancellation of voucher
    a) We had noted your cancellation in Qoo10 and provide a refund in goodwill though the voucher purchase had stated non refundable, non exchangeable.

    Although we unable to provide your ideal request and demand, we are certain that as we do communicate to establish an understanding to better service.

    We had proceeding your voucher cancellation with refund as agreed earlier.

    We extend our regret for unable to provide your ideal request
    of purchase and service.

    Am not looking for any ideal request ftom such crazy cafe. Also no need for you to beat around the bush to write lengthy messages as you have done so the past few days in WhatsApp. Bottom line is very clear
    1) Nobody will know that your side consider cupcakes as under pastry only up to you to term it but please be clear to the customer. Even on the Q&A when customers ask can redeem rainbow cake just give a direct yes no reply and not beat around the bush the voucher able to redeem all food item but not pastry item or wat who will know that cupcakes are under pastry item if you did not specify clearly.
    2) you clearly indicated in advertised page two days and customer has already based on that to plan and yet you could not comply and gave all sorts of excuses demanding 3days as an excuse.
    3)do not put words into others mouth. I did not persistently insist on 30/9 collection with cupcakes and rainbow cake. It was a surprise you derived three options which much to your own advantage.
    I do not wish to waste time on all these clarification with such a cafe owner. I just want the money back can spend it wiser elsewhere and put this really bad experience behind but if you keep insisting to talk crab I will just need to clarify further. Hope this helps.
