    Why am i charged shipping fee for Singpost normal mail even though i have purchased more than $50?

    When adding to cart, you may have selected different ship rate on different item. Please note that the shipping rate will be auto-waived in the system when only the total purchase amount over $50 , and all the items need to be selected at the same shipping rate(Qxpress) when adding to cart. If all else fails... Leave us a memo or an inquiry and we will refund you accordingly. We hope you enjoyed your shopping at Cupkidslove. Normally we use Singpost Smartpac/Qxpress(for registered mail) to deliver the parcel to buyer. SmartPac will be delivered to the Recipient's letterbox if there are no one to receive the parcel and the delivery note will be signed by the Postman. Please leave us a memo if you prefer Qxpress to deliver the parcel. We will also arrange Qxpress to deliver the parcel if the parcel is too big to put into buyer’s letterbox.

    Yes sure, you can exchange the item within 7 days, as long as our stock are available and the items are in original conditions (unused, unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact), however you have to bear the postage fees for both ways. Please email us at cupkidslove@gmail.com with your order number and indicate which design(item code & size) you would like to exchange. Please do not sending item without prior contact.     I received wrong / defective item, how do I get exchange or replacement?

    Sorry for the mistake or defect. We do our best but bad things do happen in life. We will provide exchange and pay for postage fees incurred. Exchange in the case of wrong or defective item cannot be changed to other design / size. Please keep the item in original conditions (unused with all tags and original packaging intact) and email us at cupkidslove@gmail.com with a snapshot of the defective area/wrong item. We will get back to you as soon as we can. While sending back, please leave a note in the parcel indicating the order number. Parcel without order number cannot be identified and will not be processed. Note: Please do NOT give negative review, contact us instead to get it exchanged. Once negative review is given, no further service would be provided. Thank you for kind understanding.

    How long does shipping take? When will I receive the item after ordering?

    We send out items within 1-2 days on business days (Monday - Friday). If order is placed after 12pm on Friday, it will be sent out the next Monday. We use SingPost (for normal mail) and Smartpac/Qxpress (for registered mail) to deliver the items to buyers. They usually take 1-3 working days to deliver, but sometimes longer, which is indeed not in our control.

    I have not received my items, can you check delivery status?

    First of all, it does take time to send and deliver items to buyers. 2-5 working days is the norm. We update delivery status after sending out, so if it shows item already sent out, then it is indeed sent out. If you chose registered mail(Qxpress/Smartpac), please click on the Tracking button in your order summary in your qoo10 account to find out the latest delivery status. Or, you may go to http://www.singpost.com/track-items and check with the tracking ID provided in your order record. Kindly note that Singpost may take 1-3 days to update the tracking system. SmartPac will be delivered to the Recipient's letterbox if there are no one to receive the parcel and the delivery note will be signed by the Postman. If you chose SingPost normal mail, unfortunately there's no tracking number and the parcel is not traceable. We will not be responsible for any lost/delayed/damaged item caused during delivery shipped via SingPost normal mail.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your interest. We send out items within 1-2 business days. Usually we will check every single piece before we post out the item, so that it may take some time to prepare the items.

    Please note that there's no tracking number for normal mail and the parcel is not traceable. Usually Singpost take 3-5 working days to deliver, but sometimes longer(especially during festive period), which is beyond our control. 1 or 2 weeks delivery time is not rare nowadays with SingPost. Once we dropped your parcel into the SingPost mailbox, it will be beyond our control.

    Qxpress is highly recommend(safe and faster). Usually they take 1-2 days to deliver the parcel and you can check the latest delivery status on your Qaccount.

    Please leave us a memo(urgent need by 14/2) once you place the order at Qoo10, we will let you know asap if there is any issue with your order on Monday.

Yes, you can exchange the item within 7 days(until 20/01/17), as long as our stock are available and the items are in unwashed, unused, unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact conditions, however you have to bear the postage fees for both ways. We also provide self collect/exchange at Senja/Woodland.

    Please email us at cupkidslove@gmail.com with your order number and indicate which design(item code & size) you would like to change, so that we can reserve the item for you. Our PIC will follow up your request and reply your email for futher instruction. Kindly note that our pick up point is not in the same area and we need time to prepare the items.     Thanks for your orders. We have posted out your items via Singpost Smartpac on 28 Dec 2016. The tracking number is SM600933479SG. (Please refer to the attached photo of the parcel.) Usually they take 3-5 working days to update the tracking system and deliver the parcel, but sometimes longer (especially during festival periods), which is beyond our control. Please wait for a few days.

    We will check with Singpost for the delivery status of this parcel. Kindly note that they need some times to investigate the parcel. We will let you know you once we receive any update from Singpost.
