    Should you wish to pay by cash via 7-Eleven or AXS machines, it may take up to 3 working days for us to see your order in our seller portal. Please note that we cannot deliver, or hand you the product (if you opt for self-collection), until the order has appeared in our seller portal.

    If the item is out of stock by the time your order comes in, we will cancel the order and Qoo10 will refund the money back into your Qoo10 account.
