By choosing Singpost Normal Mail (no tracking number is provided) as your choice of shipping method, you agreed that after the package has been sent out by us (the seller), the responsibility of the package will be bear between you (the buyer) and Singpost (the shipping company) and we are not responsible for any lost mail. No refund or re-sending of your items will be provided for this shipping method in the case of lost mail. Every package sent by us comes with a video proof of your package sent. If you did not receive your package after 14 days, please contact us within 30 days for a copy of the video proof so that you can inquire at your nearest Singpost outlet. To avoid disappointments, we strongly encourage all our customers to opt for Singpost Smartpac which comes with tracking number and will be delivered to your mailbox if there's no one at home to answer the door.
