First of all, it does take time to send and deliver items to buyers. 2-5 working days is the norm.


You can find the date that we send out your item in your qoo10 account. We update delivery status only after sending out, so if it shows item On Delivery, then it is indeed sent out.


If you chose Qxpress registered mail, please click on the Tracking button in your order summary in your qoo10 account to find out the latest delivery status. Or, you may go to http://www.qxpress.asia/gmkt.inc/Tracking/TrackingShipment.aspx and check with the tracking ID provided in your order record. What we can check is the same as what you can check.


If you chose SingPost normal mail, unfortunately there's no tracking number and the parcel is not traceable.

We send out items within 24 hours on business days (Monday - Friday). If order is placed after 5pm on Friday, it will be sent out the next Monday.

We use SingPost (for normal mail) and Qxpress (for registered mail) to deliver the items to buyers. They usually take 1-3 working days to deliver, but sometimes longer, which is indeed not in our control.

Yes sure, as long as the item is in original conditions (unused, unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact), you may either drop by our place to exchange or do it via post within 7 days after receiving the item, however you have to bear postage fees for both ways if you do it via post.

Bra/Underwear is NOT exchangeable once sold for hygiene reasons.

Before dropping by or sending it back, please email us at service@3princess.com with your order number and indicate which design / size to change to. Please do not SMS us or leave inquiry on qoo10 regarding exchange, we must keep a record that is searchable. We will reply your email with further instructions on how to send it back for exchange.
