    When the Item(s) is verified to be defective during warranty period, there will be 1 to 1 exchange at no cost to the customer
    Buyer has to come down to seller's premises to do the exchange or by mailing
    Mailing warranty item(s) has to be shipped and received by the seller before the replacement product is shipped out
    Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer if mailing warranty option is chosen

    Functional Defects -
    Warranty will only be processed if there is a functional issue
    Cosmetics claim do not automatically qualify; case by case basis
