    Thank you for your interest in the product.

    Its not true, accordingly to my knowledge its only 1 customer who feedback its non-responsive.
    After my chat with him, the conclusion was he damaged the glass while re-applying mutiple times without removing the glass carefully & slowly.
    Regardless how hard the glass may be, 0.3mm thickness will still flex damage if you remove the glass without proper technique especially for such a large piece of glass.
    If its non-responsive or lousy product, he wouldnt had ask for a replacement product at all.

    99% of my surface pro customers are very pleased with the product compared to other sellers as the cutting percision is excellent to the dot.
    The tempered glass im offering is made of Japanese Asahi glass where all other Surface Pro tempered glass seller's are China made lower grade glass.

    I do understand how important it is to have good product for such an expensive gadget, hence i do not sell sub grade products.
