What if I cook oxtail soup - recipe says high for 40 mins and 20 mins for carrot, potatoes etc.
Do I put on 2 (high pressure) and high fire for 40 mins all the way (gas stove)(safe or not, any hissing sound or steam?)
How to put the 2nd batch of potatoes, carrot - do I lower the fire till the knob sit, when can I switch to vent (release)
