    Hi The whole set of small parts either drop out of the parcel (if there are holes) or its packing error. However regardless of which, we always replace missing parts.

    the first message 26/6 u mentioned there are missing items and we sent out 27/6. you did not mentioned there are so many missing items thus we only sent out the ones u mentioned missing.

    After receiving the missing items 1st parcel on 29/6 11pm, you said there are other parts missing, so we resent out the 2nd parcel on 2jul monday.

    We've been handling this case, so its not a fraud. Unfortunately We can't control the delivery timing as its done by delivery company. The 2nd missing item was already sent out, hope you can wait for the delivery though, thanks.

    Firstly, there is no indication in your message that you feel apologetic towards your customer in this incident. Your first paragraph is an irresponsible reply. As your customer who paid in full, it is the responsibility of the seller to check and deliver the product in good condition and completeness. Packing error is avoidable.

    Secondly, I did a quick check and realised that the essential items were missing (handles, cushion cover, bell, etc.). Hence, I immediately contacted you on 26 June. I appreciated your immediate response and sent them out the very next day. However, upon comparison of the actual product with the picture online, we realised more items are missing, including the base safety cap (which is not in the picture and I had to figure out myself). This is unacceptable as now the safety aspect of the product that you are selling has been compromised. You could have value-add and double checked back with me if everything else is in order or provide me with an item list but you didn't.

    Thirdly, as I had only responded to you on 29 June of the remaining missing items, I can understand that you may not be working over the weekend and you only responded on 2 July. It has now way passed the delivery time hence, I notified you.

    Referring to your first paragraph, if you think that the small parts could have dropped out of the parcel (fyi there is no holes in your first parcel), you could have offered to deliver the items personally, and avoid further delay. Since you mentioned that you are using a delivery company, there is definitely a tracking number which you can check back on the delivery.

    In this whole saga, I feel that you are insincere and don't feel apologetic to your customer. Honestly I believe you are running a legitimate online business. I don't wish to leave any negative comments to jeopardize your future business dealings. I just want to resolve this asap as unnecessary time and effort in chasing and follow up have been wasted.

    Apologise for the inconvenience caused. Singpost delivery is 3-7 work days usually (but minor case may delay). Thus we hope you can wait patiently for the delivery.

    We did apologise in our very first message to you. But maybe you felt that it is not sincere enough as usually our reply are short, but we attend to the case within 24hrs (weekdays) and also when we replied we send out the item within 24hrs as well. We are really apologetic to missing items found and we replace them as soon as possible.

    Yes its either drop out of hole or packing error from manufacturer like what we said, so you mentioned no holes on package means manufacturer missed out the items. As you can see package is not box type, its sealed bag, so we did not open and check them, usually there is no missing item too. But man made mistake, thus there may be error on this particular bag. There is no way to turn back the clock on this missing bag. Only way is replace the missing.





    We hope you can wait for this resend parcel though, as we did sent out as stated.
