    Shipping with Qxpress

    Dear All Our Valued Customers,

    Regarding shipping with Qxpress. The tracking number will be provided and updated by Qxpress after they collected. Usually take 1 to 3 working to reach customer, after tracking number updated.
    The goods never be lost for shipping with Qxpress services.

    Important Note:
    Sometimes, the tracking shown delivered and signed by Qxpress staff (usually after 2 to 3 days from the Qxpress collected date) but customer didn't receive the goods.
    It because Qxpress have some agreement with Qoo10, the Qxpress need to confirm delivered after 3 working days from collection date.
    In this case, usually customer will be receive the goods on next working day.
    Customer may contact Qxpress regarding your goods delivery details. Customer must provide them tracking no.

    Non-receipt Claim issue (Did not receive the item )

    Please make an effort to check your tracking number before issuing non-receipt claim. And please to contact us if tracking issue not correct example item sent but yet to received it. We will investigate the issue with Qxpress, your email maybe require for follow up case.

    For Singpost normal mail delivery. If you still did not receive the item after 14 days the item was ship out, please contact seller thru Q&A.
    Items ship out under 14 days will only consider as delay and seller will only consider signpost lost the mail after 14 days.

    Please contact seller first before issuing any exchange, non-receipt claim. If you really want to issue the claim, you must clear the claim after the case was solved.

    Normal Mail Delivery Time 2/2

    Alot of people have this confuse 1st the item is like letter delivery next day recevied ! Wrong your item is a parcel or Non-Standard Mail.

    2nd Singpost very efficacy i doubt they are slow or will have such a long delay or lost of mail. Wrong ! Singpost even stated they have lots of undelivered mail and stood at around 5%.

    3rd many people like to use this scenario, i got buy many things at Qoo10 normal mail delivery all received within 3-5 days but yours now over 5 days still not received ! Its is impossible please send me the item ! Well please we don't need to hold your parcel. The delivery is all along by Singpost if your parcel being delay is 1 of the few % which is why longer then usual lead time.

    So please even if stated 2-5 workings afew % might received up to 3 weeks later !! Unbelievable and impossible !! Fine well call this number to find out yourself Singpost contact 1605 (24/7 Customer Care Hotline) Thank you

    we don't have people in warehouse and we don't specialist technician for checking it. for my other case, after we replace the filter, everything fine. most likely, is the filter issue. you may bring to my house and try to replace filter, see is the issue can be solve or not.
