We provide specific warranty duration of choice by buyer during the purchase. Warranty is covered Locally (SINGAPORE) limited to manufacturer’s defects limited to Motors, Battery and LCD screen (specific Model) only. The period is from the date of Received, It does not cover normal wear and tear,misuse, unauthorized disassembling including attempt to unscrew any parts of the product.
You must keep your sales receipt or the Qoo10 order number. This is your proof of purchase and you will need to show this if you need to warranty claim for your product.
If you think you may have defective product, you can contact us via email to Sale_sgdeals@hotmail.com before taking it back to us. We will send it back to the Local Singapore Distributor for their technicians assessment & help you determine the best course of action.
Warranty coverage is only available for a walk in. and all disbursements for transport which will be borne by purchaser/buyers.
