    Dear Customers

    Pls take note for those PMD does not fulfill the weight and/or maximum speed limit as per physical criteria for PMD set by LTA.
    Can only be use at oversea and/or corporate usage in private properties area.

    LTA regulations:

    15km/h on Shared Footpath
    25km/h on Cycling Path/PCN
    Less than 20kg allow
    Not allowed on Road
    Max Device width no more than 70cm

    How do I file for exchange/replacement/refund?

    >Any return of exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receiving of the item

    Any shortage of item or wrong item received
    >Provide picture of the item contents within the parcel package
    >Provide picture of the parcel package with the delivery information.
    >Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end

    Defective item issue
    >Provide picture of the defective area of the received item
    >Provide video of the non-functioning of the product. (For electronic products)
    >Original packaging have to be kept for warranty
    >Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end

    Any change of mind from buyer's end or would like to change to other available products or does not want the item anymore
