I didn't receive the item as the unit number was not clearly stated on the parcel. Singpost sent it back to the seller. After informing the seller of the situation, they investigated and did a full refund per my request. I'm glad.

Hi, I didn't receive the item and didn't even receive any singpost delivery slip for me to collect the item. I wasn't inform of where the item is. It's unfair to charge me 15% re-delivery or 20% refund fee cos I have not receive anything nor am I alarmed of the item is in Singapore. If I have receive the delivery slip, I would have gone down to singpost to collect my item. But I receive none.

It should not be our responsibility that the parcel return as unclaimed and pay for the return shipping fee. And most of the time the product may not be used again after returning to us. ANd we even need to ask our colleague to go to post office to get the parcel back. These are all costs which should not happened to us. And we have stated very clearly in our T&C that Please note that if your order is sent but then returned to us due to Incorrect Address/Refused/Unclaimed/Undelivered or Uncollected reasons, upon receipt we will deduct 20% of the total value as restocking & handling fee and refund the remaining amount. Hi,The problem is there isn't any tracking number provided and I have been tracking to see where is the item but the status is always at "on delivery", moreover it didn't state any tracking number for reference or is there any memo stating that the item is in Singapore Singpost whatsover. No tracking number to track where is the item, no status indicating the item is in Singapore, no delivery advice and even when you said they did deliver to my door step then why no delivery slip to advice to collect in Singpost? WHY?!?!?? So what is it to blame now?
