Dear Customer please take note that Normal mail have to wait up to 3 weeks because Singapore have inform us that 1) they don't work on Saturday , Sunday and public holiday 2) in the event if the pick up truck is too full, they will pick up the item the next pick up time which is the next day 3) there is a reason why Singpost ask for extra money for AM mail, Smart pac and registered mail because they will sent out those mail 1st, follow by they will sent out letter ( cause letter normally belong to company or government who will sue them for late delivery. Lastly is normal mail parcel which is us 4) Singpost will pass the items to the auntie or uncle that will do the sending on bicycle , walking or car and if that day , there is so much letter and registered mail , am mail , smart pac in that area you stay, you will have more delay cause the number of worker they have is fixed so we must understand that for the best price, you have to wait .

For change of mind customers, we have 2 options.

Options 1. Exchange for something of the same value via courier service.

Steps:
1 Transfer $8 for 2 way courier to POSB savings 030-925-203
2. You let us know what you want to exchange to.
3. We will send someone to pickup the item from you ($4),
4. When we get the item in Singapore, we will send to you via courier ($4).
Please note,we do not markup on the courier service. $8 for 2 way courier is strictly for the engaged courier company.

Option 2. Exchange/ Refund at the warehouse - Same day

Please note that for fashion items like tops, dresses, pants or jeans are stocked in ShopOnlineLah.com overseas warehouse and there are no stocks in Singapore warehouse. So a same day exchange is not possible.

You can bring the item to the Yishun warehouse for an exchange for something else of the same value or a refund. We will do the refund via Qoo10 and you will lose the discount previously applied on it ,if any.

We will also deduct the shipping cost which is used to send the item to you:
China to Singapore , the shipping fee is 5.90
Within Singapore , the shipping fee is $4

Please note, the item need to be in the original condition with tags and packaging in tact.

Hi Seller, i bought DENA 14, size XXL but I cannot get in even the description fits my body measurement. The dress has no zip opening and it is a body hugging dress. Can I exchange it to 3XL? If i choose option 2; exchange with whatever that has the same value at your singapore warehouse (yishun). Do i still need to pay for shipping? I don’t mind exchanging instead of refund which has has too much a hassle. I can go down to your warehaouse today or tomorrow.
