    Submission of claims: Any return of exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receipt of the item.
    1) Any shortage of item or wrong item received: Provide picture of the item contents within the parcel package to email AnnAnnSG@gmail.com. Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end.
    2) Defective item issue: Provide pictures of the defective area of the received item to email AnnAnnSG@gmail.com. Exchanges are available. Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end.

    I have not received my items via Singpost normal postage, would you be able to check for me and advise when I can receive my items?

    Hi dearies, we do send you a message via Qoo10 and email after posting your parcel at the post office. That is also the same day your items were sent out. If you had opted for Singpost normal postage, please note that the parcel does not come with a tracking number and we are not responsible should the parcel be lost due to Singpost’s negligence. Lost parcels happen especially when the postman may accidentally place your parcel in the wrong letterbox. Delivery lead time ranges from 2 working days to 3 weeks. Singpost normal delivery is a cheap non-traceable delivery mode, which we offer to customers who would like to bear the risk, please kindly take note. Do opt for Qxpress courier delivery which will reach you within 2-4 working days, and we do offer this delivery mode absolutely FREE with a minimum purchase for most items.     Hi dearies, Singpost normal postage is NOT trackable and there is a possibility of your parcel being lost. This is especially true if your parcel is bulky and does not fit into your letterbox. Please choose Qxpress courier delivery as there is a tracking number and Qxpress will take full responsibility of item cost if parcel is lost. Please note that any lost or damaged items via Singpost normal postage will not be deemed responsible by us. Hence, please choose Qxpress and look our for our FREE SHIPPING promotion.
