Hello Seller. There's an option for us to select Free shipping by Singpost normal mail. However, despite choosing this option for free delivery, it still shows the added shipping cost $3.90. Kindly advise on matter asap. Thanks.

I am sure the address is correct as it has been saved into qoo10 long ago. So it has ben 17days, i have yet to receive any items. It has been way too long. When i click on the purchase that time it shows 5-7days for delivery.

Please check and get back. If not i will be doing refund since the wait is too long.
