I don't think, I can still wait any longer. It's been almost 2 months. I couldn't get a clear action from your end. I do not want to wait forever. If you're boss would be busy until end of this year, does that mean I have to wait for another 6 months, 'til she/he's became available? That's ridiculous! Just collect the item from my place and refund my payment. Just to settle everything.

My enquiry was only seen today is not my problem, to me, you are ignoring my message and just mail out the item even I emailed one day before you mail out.

This is unfair to me.

You very funny, you can tell me item already sent and marked receveived yet you can asked me to check my tracking number, this is a very very bad service

I do not want the item as I already requested for cancellation before you mail out, this is my valid reason
