    For singpost normal mail, it takes 3-5 working days,but sometime it will delay up to 2 weeks.The postmen will put item into your letter box.
    1)Did you check your letter box?Or any collection notice from postoffice in side your letter box?

Please submit the non receipt claim for qoo10 to keep record,we will file the lost case to police, qoo10 and singpost , any one of them may call buyer for investigation.

    Hi, we have received the non-receipt cliam already, we will file the lost case tmw. And we have 3 solutions here:1)To prevent the lost again,please top up 2.49(Qexpress charge us $3.99, means you paid for partial cost of Qexpress ), we bare the lost of postage&item that we sent to you by normal mail previously, we will resend another pc to you by Qexpress. 2) would you like to self collect from our place without any top up,we are at woodlands area,
    3) place new order(can be any item from our shop) with qexpress and we will send the new order together with the previous order to you by qexpress.
    Please tell us what is your option,Option 1 is highly recommended.If you receive the item at the mean time, please help to confirm the delivery

    2)please indicate in memo to seller as following:As agreed by Joyce,please repost the previous order by Qexpress because the previous one was lost during transit. My order is 245591708

    3)please confirm the delivery for the lost item orders(not the top up payment order)once you receive the previous item.

    We will base on the cart number/order number you indicated and trace back our record . The address in the top up payment order must be same as the previous lost order because the address label is printed out from system. Thanks.
