I have taken delivery of the LED lamp. However, it is not working well. It gives out a high pitch sound when it's on. Pls advise how can I get the item replaced

Hi, we posted to 1 CREATE WAY #06-01 CREATE TOWER, S138602.
For singpost normal mail, it takes 3-5 working days,but sometime it will delay up to 2 weeks.The postmen will put item into your letter box.
1)Did you check your letter box?Or any collection notice from postoffice in side your letter box?
