    We investigated and as these tins are dented but are still drinkable. We will collect it but there will be a pick up fee of $6 charged. Once confirm we will proceed and when items have been collected we will proceed with refund for the tins.

    it's always not advisable to concume can food which is dented. Moreover, this is an infant formula! u sure to encourage me to feed my baby with this dented tin of formula? Do u know can dented may allow air to enter which will cause the formula to spoil? I wouldnt request for exchange if this is due to my negligence. It's so disappointing n unreasonable to collect pick up fee for a fault not due to me. I definitely request u to bear the pick up fee and get me change a new tin or refund. pls answer!
