Since no one can claim lost mail from Singpost, it is contradictory to assume such claims can be made from Qoo10 sellers.
However, as a gesture of goodwill, we will still review non-receipt claims (made after 1 month from delivery date), and will send replacements (if eligible) via SINGPOST NORMAL MAIL. We will only offer replacement once for eligible claims, and shall cease to entertain non-receipt claims for the replaced items.
