    2. After 7 days, for products with warranty, buyer can bring item to the manufacturer’s service centre (for item with manufacturer warranty) or back to us for service (for item with seller’s warranty). Please read the terms and conditions carefully by the Manufacturers and/or seller before claim for warranty service. And do bring proof of purchase (e.g. Qoo10 order number) and warranty card.

    1. Buyer may request for return or exchange within 7 days upon receipt of item. Return or exchange is not allowed after 7 days. Please check item carefully once you receive it.

    a. For defective, incorrect or misdelivered item, please provide order number and photo/video as proof of claim by Qpost message or email. We will assess the claim and advise buyer accordingly on the progress & outcome of claim. If return or exchange is valid, we will bear the return/redelivery cost. Item must be returned with original packaging box & all accessories.

    b. For return or exchange due to change of mind of buyer, please make sure item is in original and new condition. Buyer will bear all delivery, return and redelivery cost. If the item has been open or used, return or exchange is not allowed. We are unable to accept return or exchange request for item received after 7 days.

    All our items are delivered by our in-house courier. Item was received and signed. Before delivery, we did send you a message to confirm the time as well and you did replied to acknowledged. Do check again on your mobile and with your family members as well. Thanks

    No. I definitely did not get it. Are you sure you didn't get the order mixed up? I did not pay for registered mail, so it should have been sent by signpost. There was also no email from you to say it was posted out. Which is why I asked if you would be shipping out yet. I know there were good reviews of you having sent the items promptly, so I expected to receive it fairly soon. But if you think I ordered it on 18th, then it was probably someone else's order. Can you check again please? There was no email communication from your side to say it was sent. It could have been a mix-up? Thank you.
