invalid and no exchange/refund will be given.

Exchange will be done either by mail or at our warehouse depending on the issue. Please send us an enquire and we will advise you on the exact exchange procedures.
If you are required to mail the item back to us, shipping charges shall be paid by customer and later on refunded if it is due to manufacturer defect's.
