Can I know which models does have this 3 mode that I will use more often.

Hp monitor
Bp test
SPO2 test

Cause when I check some does have hp monitor and bp test but don’t not have SPO2 test

Also can I know if got this mode type does the model Come with Chinese manual or mode ?

we do not have a model that reads SPO2, but the closest model thats fits your criteria with heart rate monitor and blood pressure reading is Q8. hope this serves you well :)

Hi Seller,

I recently bought the S-BM4012 from your shop. But after charging and seeing the battery icon showing full, I tried using it. But the watch dosent display the screen when I lift my wrist up to view the time. I have to tap it for the screen to light up to show the time. The pedometer also don't work. I've tried turning on the GPS and walk around with it worn on my wrist but it still shows zero. The only thing that I've tried so far is the heart rate monitor. Am I not doing anything correctly? How can I get a refund of this product?

long press on your watch and scroll down till you see an icon a circle with an arrow in clock wise direction. Click on it and it will reset your watch.

for exchange, you may bring the watch to us at 6 Loyang Lane or alternatively you may mail it back to us. But only upon receiving the watch, then we will proceed to send out a new piece to you. :)

I just tried by swinging my arms as walking movements and it just worked. But never the less, we will only replace the unit itself. Additionally we have included a red strap as apology, hope you can continue to support us :)

That's strange. I tried that but it didn't work, I reset it and tried again but still didn't work. OK noted on the red strap. Thank you very much. One question, do you need to connect it to the phone app all the time via blue tooth? Also is there a way to disable to sound when I turn on/off the blue tooth & when I am out of range from the phone's blue tooth?

The watch does not need to connect to the mobile if you find it unnecessary, it can work standalone. As for sound, the watch only has vibration.
