    For eg, if you purchase on FRI, item will be sent for postage on MON. If you purchase on MON, item will be sent for postage on TUE.

    ~ Exchange and Refund Policy ~

    Please take note that upon purchase, customer have agreed to the policy stated below:

    All goods sold are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. They are only EXCHANGEABLE if defects are found, within 7 days of purchase. Goods that are used or are damaged by buyer are not eligible for exchange.

    Please email pictures of defects to giftshopsg7@gmail.com. Buyer will ship back the defective item for a 1 for 1 exchange and Seller upon receiving the defective item will re-send a new item. Seller will bear the postage cost.

    For other exchange related enquiries, please contact giftshopsg7@gmail.com. Buyer will bear the postage cost for exchange not related to defective goods, such as change in size, colour and etc.

    Takes 3 to 10 working days to your MAILBOX, not doorstep. Singpost will not call you before delivery. They will leave a note for self-collection at Singpost if your mailbox is full.
    Seller is not responsible for LOST MAIL and will not make any replacement if the parcel is lost. Buyer is responsible for choice of mail. Pls choose Normal mail at your own risk.
    Reason: GIFTSHOP have a stringent system in place to ensure every parcels are packed & labelled properly before we hand over to Singpost for posting. Beyond that, we have no control over how Singpost does delivery
    Please ensure address provided in Qoo10 is accurate. Seller is not responsible if parcels gets shipped to wrong address.
