    hi, I want a replacement! You asked me to arrange for return but did not provide any address, how should I arrange??? I tried calling DPEX for returning the parcel, they can't accept the item unless with full address, invoice and the est cost for returning in Cash around S$150 to S$200/-. They claimed by using your account to arrange will be cheaper! I think the cost of returning is ridiculously high! Can you pls arrange the item to pick up since is wrongly sent by your side. I will be going away for oversea trip from this Sat for a week, hopefully you
