    As I have mentioned in my previous inquiry, you can take as long as u like settling the logistic issue with SF Express. If you have ready stock now, you should be able to despatch a replacement order for me while you settle your problem with SF Express. You are effectively penalising me for your logistic hiccups. Paid for my purchase on the 12th, and till date received nothing. Not even a phone call from your side explaining the situation.

    Just an update, I still don't see my diapers delivered. Order placed on 12th, today is 26th. Exactly 2 weeks since I placed and paid for my order. You mentioned on your response on 23rd Jan that the delivery is expected to be done by this week. I don't think that's gonna happen. In any case, the situation has reached an unbearable point. The diapers are essentials for toddlers, I repeat, essentials for toddlers, and we planned our order based on your 3-5days shipping timeline.and to say that you cannot send another order to me while you settle your issues with the courier company, makes me wonder if you actual have ready stock in hand for what i have ordered. it was really lucky that we were able to get the same product delivered within 2days via another seller. What a wonderful experience dealing with you.
