    Like to check how come this lugmax large organiser received, the all 4 sides pockets (2 on left/2 on right) their below/bottoms are all not stitched? Last time bought the lugmax small organiser from you before, but their bottoms were stitched, meaning that whatever I put into these compartments stays inside. Think is QC problem, as very long ago I also have a pink large lugmax, but their sides were all stitched at the bottom. Pls advice how to exchange it? Tks.

    Hi, Lugmax designs the small little pockets at the sides for classic large design like that. All the classic large bags I have were from Lugmax supplier in Philippines and they are the same.The small side pockets are for items such as pens, eyeliners, cover sticks, lipstick, comb, packet of tissues that can stay in place and retrieve easily. Do not put small items such as hair pins etc into these deep little pockets. Thank you.

    Think you never get my question correctly. Yes, I'm referring to the left & right side small side pockets. (got 1 pocket is with velcro one/ for pens & etc) I'm not asking abt the design/function of the side pockets. What I mean is all my side pockets' bottom were not stitched. Whatever I put in, can drop out through the bottom. (pen slot nv mind, as only will put in pen & it can stay there, but the one with velcro & the slightly bigger open side pocket, for eg. if put in 1 lipstick, it will just drop out from the bottom as it's not stitched. I have try to take photos of it, but not successful, as I couldn't turn the bag inside out to take the photos. Tried putting my hp into the slot pocket to snap a photo of the side's pockets bottom, but it is all black, cant see anything. :(

    Hi, I understand what you are talking abt. The existing stock we have are the same, with side pockets bottom not stitched (same as the piece we sent you). I checked back my used classic lrge org, it's also the same. I did not face any problem coz i used the side pockets for bigger items only such as handcream, packet tissue, comb, coverstick, pens etc. I just leave smaller items in the big pockets or zipper pocket. I can suggest to Lugmax to improve on e side pockets next time when i place an order w them. Thank you, have a great day!

    It's just strange that the side pockets' bottom were not stitched. Esp for the pocket w velcro cover. What the point of having a velcro cover/pocket, when whatever I put in will come out through the bottom? Also the lugmax small organiser that I bought from you last yr, the side pocket's (velcro pocket's bottom) was stitched?

    Just checked with my friend, her's lugmax large organiser's side pockets are stitched, while mine is not. It's just so strange, as hers was also bought from you last yr! Also my lugmax small organiser that I bought from you last yr, the side pocket's (velcro pocket's bottom) was also stitched??
