    Warranty claims are only applicable for faulty items due to manufacturer's defects. Faulty items due to user's negligence (eg. dropping, hitting, incorrect usage etc) will not be covered under warranty.

    All warranty claims must be accompanied by Qoo10 order details as proof of purchase.

    Our listings will state the address of our service centre. We do not provide any transport service unless otherwise stated.

    i-Living reserves the right to decide not to accept the warranty claims if we have checked and confirmed the faulty item is due to user's negligence.

    Shipping & Delivery

    All items will be shipped out and delivered by Qxpress unless notified otherwise. For normal periods, Qxpress takes 2-4 working days to collect and deliver the orders. Please only choose Delivery if you are able to wait. If you need the item urgently, please choose Self Collection.

    Any requests regarding shipping and delivery (eg. specific delivery times, requesting driver to call before delivery etc) are not guaranteed as Qxpress may/may not take note of these requests. i-Living will not be responsible for fulfilling such requests. For enquiries on shipping and delivery, please contact Qoo10 / Qxpress customer service or drop us a message on Qpost before placing order and we will advise where possible.

    Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging sealed in the same way you have received it, including instruction manuals and all accessories.

    It is unopened, unused and in its original packaged condition.

    To return the items, you may visit our office at 7 Yishun Industrial St 1 #03-54, Northspring Bizhub, Singapore 768162. Please contact us directly via Qpost first.
    Alternatively, you may opt for Return via Qxpress, but do note shipping charges will be paid by customer. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Can I request for a specific delivery date and time?

    This is applicable only for items which require installation, such as our Grunn Dual Intelligent Cookers. If you have requested for a delayed delivery, eg 2 weeks later, you will need to confirm the delivery on Qoo10 first as we cannot put the order on hold for more than 3 days. Other items will be shipped out within 2 working days. Please order only when you are ready to receive the goods. Requests for delivery date and time are not guaranteed as Qxpress may / may not adhere to them.
