What’s the point of sending your ‘apologies’ and informing that I can get my missing slippers either at the shop or for my slippers to be sent if I can’t make it to the shop, BUT after I emailed for the process, to be told obviously in your reply email that I should apply for a refund?

I do NOT want a refund - I WANT my missing pair of slippers, which is still available currently in your e-store!

Stop avoiding customers and drafting mass replies that do not address individual enquiries. And I suggest u stop doing all the promotions if you can’t even handle the first 1 on 11.11 properly. Just for the record - it’s almost 2 months.

This feels like a scam man.

I am very unhappy with my purchases (the sand grey color mix pair (which is meant as a gift) is of very poor quality and the wine red allegra pair arrived with stains) and I would like either an refund or exchange. Can I still go down to your store to exchange?

Hi i have received the slipper last week.
I have just tried on 1 pair of the slipper and then divider is cutting into my toe which is quite uncomfortable.
