    Manufacturer's Warranty Definitions

    This warranty does not cover:

    Cosmetic damage to outer surface/finishing and external parts of the product, including without limitation cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior casing, screen, camera lens, buttons and other attachments;
    Deterioration of the product due to normal wear and tear, including without limitation rust or stains;built in batteries life;
    General maintenance, password reset assistance, routine servicing and cleaning, updating/upgrading of software, installation of software or applications, product demonstration, or any other service other than repair;
    Any other circumstance such that repair would be contradictory or not in compliance with good business practice.

    Manufacturer's Warranty Definitions #2

    Notwithstanding that the product is within the warranty period, this warranty shall be invalidated and rendered void upon the following:

    The product shows evidence of abnormal use; impact, shock; accident; fire, flood, earthquake, lightning or other acts of nature; sand, liquid or food damage; exposure to extreme thermal or environmental conditions; battery or chemical corrosion; abuse, mishandling, improper installation, operation or maintenance, use of wrong electrical supply or voltage; damage caused by installation of any software, programs or applications, or use of any accessories or equipments not approved by the manufacturer for use with the product; improper modification, tampering; replacement of parts with parts not approved by the manufacturer; or dismantling, opening, service or repair performed other than by the manufacturer's authorised service centre; or any other use contrary to the product manual.

    Warranty Period for all items start from the date of purchase.

    Warranty Period for all items may differ and are stated accordingly in the item's listing.

    Warranty Conditions :

    We cover a minimum of 30 days warranty of the product at no administrative / replacement cost

    After 30 days, an administrative / replacement fee will be imposed for every replacement within the warranty period (Applies to listings with warranty coverage over 30 days)

    Return, Exchange & Warranty Claims can only be done at Our Warehouse/Pick Up Address:

    - After 14 days from shipping date (SingPost Normal Mail orders).
    - All Store Pickup orders.

    slot in the shoes . if your feet is too big you will be stepping over a piece of padded heat pack . this could be quite uncomfortable , but subjective to people . It keeps your feet warm to a certain extend though
