I ordered both carton and loose packets items. Why is it that I only receive the carton via Qexpress?

All loose packets orders (non-cartons) will be mailed out via Singpost mail delivery. We do not wish for the items to get lost if we attach it to the cartons. We are unable to fit the loose items into your other carton orders as the cartons are specially designed to fit that particular item, and not others. Moreover, it will increase your shipping cost if we do so. Please note that Singpost takes at least 3 to 5 working days to deliver out your items.

How do I make self collection at your office?

Please drop a memo to us on the preferred dates you wish to make the collection, and wait for a confirmation before dropping by. Self collection hours: 1) Weekdays office hours: 8.30am - 5.45pm Please note that from 1 June 2016 onwards, we are no longer operating during the weekends, so self collection will only be available during weekdays.
