    Return/Exchange Policy

    1. NO Exchange/Refund

    Kindly note that all items sold are NOT able to exchange or refund. Kindly check properly the item info etc before checkout your cart.

    2. Any wrong item received

    Provide picture of the item contents within the parcel package and PM seller. Mail back the wrong item to seller for an exchange. (Any exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receiving of the item).
    Shipping fee will be incurred from buyer end & seller end.

    3. Defective item issue

    Provide picture of the defective area of the received item and PM seller. Mail back the damage item to seller for an exchange. (Any exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receiving of the item).

    Dear buyers, we respect if you choose normal mailing.
    But if the item is lost during transit, we will not be responsible for the lost. Nowadays, there's increasing online shoppers so Singpost have more parcels to deliver than in the past, this is why there's always delayed.
    Customers who have opt for normal mail is deemed to have agreed to be responsible for if there is any lost during delivery. Dont come and tell us that u have never lost any normal mail before. Do take note, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE! We can't predict anything happened!
    If you can't accept,please select the registered mail as it have tracking number to track your items but normal mail don't have, hope you understand!
    We strongly advise customers to opt for registered mail especially during peak seasons during holidays as there are 50% more risk of getting lost mails.

    Normal Mailing (You are taking your own risk): 3 - 30 working days (Takes slightly longer time during peak periods - X'mas/ CNY/ etc...)
    Qxpress: 2 - 5 working days (AFTER we mailed it out)
    (Working days= Only Mon-Fri. NOT included sat/sun/ph)

    How come I still haven't receive my item yet??? When will it arrive?

    Dear customer, we have sent out the item on the date stated in your Qoo10. We are not postman, we dont know when u will receive it. If you have chosen registered mail, you are able to check thru Singpost website. But if you have opt for normal mail,we are not able to track the location of the item. Please note that upon placing order, customers are responsible for any delayed or lost mails during delivery as stated in our listing. We strongly advise customer to opt for registered mail to avoid any lost for missing mails and average loss mails in Singpost is 5 out of 100 parcels. Dont come and tell us that u have never lost any normal mail before, when you want the cheap postage, you have to take own risk! We strongly recommend all customers opt for Qxpress. Thank you for your understanding. =)
