    Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

    A. If you encounter problem using the sim card :
    Most of the time, it is due to configuration issue such as APN, network operator, etc.
    Please connect to a WiFi and contact us.
    *If didn't contact us during the use period, we will reject your refund request.
    *If after we checked, it's the card issue, we will do the full refund for you.

    B. If the SIM Card is faulty(No Sim):
    After we confirmed that the SIM Card is faulty, we will refund you fully.

    C. Change of Mind,bought wrong expiry date:
    You won't like to receive a "used"/"perishing" SIM card, and we know that no one does.
    Therefore, items must be in "original" and "Good-to-sell" condition for return/exchange request within 5 working days when you received.
    Shipping fee and service fee will be incurred on buyer end total $5/pcs.
    * ICC reserves the right to review the request, and decide whether refund will be granted.

    This SIM card is designated for phone usage. Generally data sharing on router devices are supported. However is not able to guarantee or instruct on the usage on portable WIFI devices. You are free to try, provided that: 1. Your device supports APN setup, data roaming and the required frequencies. 2. You know how to do the setup yourself. 3. The SIM card is activated on phone first.

For Telstra 30: You will get 10GB (+17GB Bonus*) Data on 4G/3G network(available for customers who arrive and activate SIM card between 26 Feb 2019 to 13 May 2019), Unlimited standard local calls & SMS, Unlimited International call to Selected International Destinations” which includes SIngapore and also AUD$5 credit for other calls & SMS.
    3. Most of the time your contact wont be affected by changing the SIM card.
