    Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

    A. If you encounter problem using the sim card :
    Most of the time, it is due to configuration issue such as APN, network operator, etc.
    Please connect to a WiFi and contact us.
    *If didn't contact us during the use period, we will reject your refund request.
    *If after we checked, it's the card issue, we will do the full refund for you.

    B. If the SIM Card is faulty(No Sim):
    After we confirmed that the SIM Card is faulty, we will refund you fully.

    C. Change of Mind,bought wrong expiry date:
    You won't like to receive a "used"/"perishing" SIM card, and we know that no one does.
    Therefore, items must be in "original" and "Good-to-sell" condition for return/exchange request within 5 working days when you received.
    Shipping fee and service fee will be incurred on buyer end total $5/pcs.
    * ICC reserves the right to review the request, and decide whether refund will be granted.

    As stated under our Shipping Policy,
    Store Pick-up will be ready for collection on same day after purchase.
    Qxpress ususally delivers within 2-3 working days.
    Normal Mail takes 5-7 working days, and sometimes may need more days.

    1. EU-D and EU-C support top up. After you have activate the SIM you can top up.
    2. EU-C the top up details and rates is only accessible when you are using the SIM in covered destinations. EU-D you can top up for more days or even top up for other countries plan.

    Hmm because my friend who bought that last year was able to activate right away in Switzerland, do you know if there's any difference? I'm asking because I will be in Europe for 120 days and based in Switzerland, so I was looking for longer term sim cards. Thank you

    The activation has changed based on the Telco information. You can consider EU-D 90 days package and top up for another 30 Days with us. Also it is able to top up to use for other countries.
