A. If you encounter problem using the sim card :
Most of the time, it is due to configuration issue such as APN, network operator, etc.
Please connect to a WiFi and contact us.
*If didn't contact us during the use period, we will reject your refund request.
*If after we checked, it's the card issue, we will do the full refund for you.

B. If the SIM Card is faulty(No Sim):
After we confirmed that the SIM Card is faulty, we will refund you fully.

C. Change of Mind,bought wrong expiry date:
You won't like to receive a "used"/"perishing" SIM card, and we know that no one does.
Therefore, items must be in "original" and "Good-to-sell" condition for return/exchange request within 5 working days when you received.
Shipping fee and service fee will be incurred on buyer end total $5/pcs.
* ICC reserves the right to review the request, and decide whether refund will be granted.

I just got 2 data SIM cards (package A). I noticed the mobile phone numbers stated on the data SIM cards are 7 digits only exclude 'area code 017'. My understanding is the mobile phone numbers in Malaysia are all 8 digits now. Is this correct? I need to make voice calls and receive voice calls in Malaysia. So, please advice how can I do it with 7 digit mobile phone numbers?

Going to Genting soon... wondering if package D can used to call back to SG? How and the charges?

Also, would like to buy extra sim card as spare. Hence, do I have to provide the Malaysia arrival date in order to activate?

Yes, you need provide the activation date for actiavte the sim card.
It can call singapore but expensive, because it's international call.
