A. If you encounter problem using the sim card :
Most of the time, it is due to configuration issue such as APN, network operator, etc.
Please connect to a WiFi and contact us.
*If didn't contact us during the use period, we will reject your refund request.
*If after we checked, it's the card issue, we will do the full refund for you.
B. If the SIM Card is faulty(No Sim):
After we confirmed that the SIM Card is faulty, we will refund you fully.
C. Change of Mind,bought wrong expiry date:
You won't like to receive a "used"/"perishing" SIM card, and we know that no one does.
Therefore, items must be in "original" and "Good-to-sell" condition for return/exchange request within 5 working days when you received.
Shipping fee and service fee will be incurred on buyer end total $5/pcs.
* ICC reserves the right to review the request, and decide whether refund will be granted.
