Why does the tracking number show delivered but I did not receive my item?

The tracking number is for our Taiwan warehouse to our SG base, as Qoo10 requires the system to have the tracking number updated in the orders once they are shipped, however the orders switch to delivered mode automatically before they can be changed to the domestic tracking number, your items are picked up by Qxpress and you can expect to receive them likely the next day, thank you
